The business exists because of what we kept finding on the repair side. Sky Dog Roofing gets the call when the damage is already done: the ceiling stain, the rotted fascia, the gutter that rusted through from the inside. After tracing thousands of leaks back to their source, the pattern was impossible to ignore. An enormous share of those repair bills started life as a maintenance job somebody skipped.
